What you need
200g flour
35g baking cocoa
180g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 pack baking powder
240ml water
100ml sunflower oil
preparation
Grease a round springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm with a little oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Briefly mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla flavor and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the water and oil and stir well until a smooth dough is formed.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes. It is ready when no batter sticks to the skewer when you test it with a toothpick.
Tip: You can add different nuts to the cake, depending on your needs and taste.
