The best cheesecake in the world
What you need
For the dough:
200g flour
75g sugar
75g margarine
1 egg
1/2 pack of baking powder
Fat for the baking pan
For the filling:
125g margarine
225g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 bag of vanilla pudding powder
3 eggs
500g curd
200g sour cream
200g sweet cream
preparation
Put the ingredients for the dough into a bowl, knead quickly together and set aside.
For the filling, mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and eggs in a bowl. Then mix in the quark and sour cream. Beat the sweet cream until stiff and fold in.
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Place the dough in a greased 26cm springform pan, pulling it up around 2-3cm from the edge. Now add the filling to the pan, smooth it out and bake in a hot oven for 1 hour.
Danger!
Only take the cake out of the tin after it has completely cooled down, as the consistency of the quark mixture will still be too soft immediately after taking it out of the oven.
